No, but it would've been a huge inconvenience to the waitress.  He should've been watching where he was going and what he was doing.

No he should not have been thrown out. If the bouncer was overly a douchebag about it he should write or call in a formal complaint to the manager, explaining the circumstance and the bouncer's behavior.

Definitely not- bouncers have power trips and even though friend didn't deserve to be thrown out- maybe the bouncer was trying to impress someone??
