Should my houseguest meet the same fate as that cat?

Question

I woke up in the middle of the night because I couldn't breathe.

As I step out of bed, the d**n cat attacks my heal and I end up launching it when I feel the bite.

I promptly pick up the cat and toss it outside. I don't know or care what happened to that cat. About the only thing greater than my hatred for cats is my allergy to cats.

Anyways - I am covered in hives because that cat spent time on my quilt, etc during the night.

Now - should I grab my sister-in-law and toss her outside as well for bringing a cat into my home?

You should only throw your sister-in-law out if she bites your ankles when you get up to pee.

I imagine you were there when she brought the cat to your home.  Or you saw it at some point before it attacked you?  If not, it was incosiderate of your sister in law to do that, but if you did see it you should have said something before hand.  Why wouldn't you shut your door?

If she has the effrontery to being a cat in the house knowing full well you have allergies, You should get a DOG, or some other animal that you can tolerate. An animal that likes to eat cat!
