Should my mom continue using the 'Olay Total Effects Moisturizer' ? ?

So, my mom started using the Olay Total Effects moisturizer, but her skin gets flaky and really dry.

She said it never happened until she started using it, so I'm wondering if she should continue to use it or not. At first I thought it was peeling away all the dead skin, but really it shouldn't be that bad.

Does she have an allergic reaction ?

It's not red or blotchy, just dry and when she itches more flakes appear.

i think she should try a different moisturizer. when i use that moiturizer it helps my skin but i dont know why its happening to your mom .sorry :)

Your mom may just have really sensitive skin.  Maybe she should only use it once every day or once every other day or maybe she should just switch to another moisturizer.
