I was VERY recently diagnosed with dyspraxia. My old school did F.U.C.K all to even try and help me. The laws in my county say that a child must be tested at age 7 for things like dyslexia, dypraxia, aspergers and ADHD. The school did nothing of the sought and expectec far too much from me. I was terrible at sport and my handwriting was terrible too. My grades in effort were starting to slip, and my parents were preasurring the school to do something. They said "NO!" and I struggled through my last 2 years. Luckily I got a place at the same school my brother and even dad attended. Then finally, someone realised I had dyspraxia and possibly ADD or OCD or both.

Seing as the school did not follow the law, can me and my parents sue them?

  1. yes

  2. Yes, if you are sure that the school broke the law.

  3. Actually the way I see it, your PARENTS had the responsiblity of having you tested you are THEIR child, not the school's.  Why didn't your parents take you to the doctor and have you tested?
