  1. nope, please try any other form besides meds.

  2. No way. Try "Calm Child"  It is a natural remedy. My friends 5 year old is on this and it has helped him tremendously. He is a different child! She ordered it through Safeway at the pharmacy. You can probably find it on line or at your local pharmacy.

Do not let him take those harsh drugs. VERY BAD!

  3. I have had my 7 yo and 6 yo daughters on it at different times.  It made both girls VERY aggressive.  All the moms in my group have all had the same experiences.  Our daughters have more than ADHD also.

  4. my niece has been on it for years and works wonders. no cardiac problems and that is very rare. as long as your child is properly monitered everything should b fine.

  5. Strattera is very dangerous, they wanted to put my son on add meds and i reseached them and they are all dangerous!! They can cause cardiac problems. Several kids have died from these meds. It was on Dateline several years back. Please weight the benefits and risk!!!

  6. My 7 year old son is currently on Strattera and it did wonders for him and his self esteem. I noticed that the Ritalin he was taking was tweaking him out so i switched to Strattera which doesn't have the stimulant in it like Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, etc. he went from being at a Kindergarten reading and math level to being almost caught up in a few months time. He is concentrating and completing his own work on time. I would suggest using this medication vs a stimulant kind. But always do your own research to see if this is the medicine for your son, also talk to your Doctor about it.

  7. Have you asked your doctor?  Why would you ask strangers about prescribing a medication for your child?
