  1. how old is your boy?

  2. his age would help us answer.

  3. how old is he.. but no, i think its fine and normal in most kids.

  4. Depends how old and why my 3yr son wears goodnite or pull ups for bed as hes not quite mastered nightime yet and we still have accidents in the day dont worry unless he is not dry for school (daytime). and i think its 7 at night.

  5. By no means you should tell your kid that is normal for big kids to wear goodnites.  That is a lie, and you don't want to encourage the behavior, you want to stop it.  You can tell him that since he wets the bed at night, he has to use them.  I'll say is normal if the child is under the age of 7, anything older and he should be embarassed.  Do not encourage the situation by saying it is ok.  Unless he has a medical condition (such as Down Syndrome, and some forms of Autism) he should be able to wake up when he feels the pee coming.  If is because he feels scared at night and doesn't want to come out of the room, I'll recommend the Peter Potty.  Is a urinal for boys that you can put on the wall, so it grows with your child, you can put it on the room and empty it every morning.

    Good Luck!

  6. Depends how old he is

  7. I guess it would depend on how old he is . . . :o

    Best of luck !

  8. Definitely not.  Bedwetting is common from early childhood right through to adolescence. However, this is not something you should be sharing with people.  It's his business and your business only!

  9. Okay right from experience my son is 7 and YES he still wears them especially when we are staying somewhere other than home. He has not started having sleepovers yet but I know he will soon. But some nights his little bladder just cannot handle the load. His 5 year old sister has the same problem and so did their Dad when he was young. Our pediatrician told us it can be genetic and NOT to worry. BUT the more you embarres him about it the longer it may take psychologically for him to stop wetting! So just be patient it is fine and he will be fine! No need to share the secret or worry about it.

  10. Well, its natural for a "big kid" to wear "diapers" to bed, but tell him its your little secret, and dont make a big deal out of it........

depending on his age you could make up something fun that will make him forget...

  11. depends how old he is if he is embarassed by it then keep it a secret...so he doesnt feel bad

  12. If over 7 years, please consult your pediatrician for guidance.

  13. yes! I mean I hated wash my mom underwear, but she make do it anyway

  14. yes

  15. how old is he?

  16. it depends how old he is.

i'm no expert but id say anywhere above 15 is a bit abnormal but at any age he shouldnt be embarrassed

  17. I would be....., why is he wearing goodnites to bed how old is he

  18. Not if he is 11 or under because it is very common for boys to have accidents even at that age.  Anything older than that then yes it would be cause for embarassment.  It would be ridiculous for a 15 or 17 year old (for instance) to be wearing goodnights!

  19. depends  how old he is.

i could see how he would be be

he shouldn't be embarrassed alot of people have to where them.

  20. It partly depends on the childs' age. Under 6...not a problem....at all.

over 6....if there is no legit health reason for it....he really should learn to get up and pee without them. However, he should have learned this already. If you are worried if he has a medical condition that would require him to wear the goodnites........talk to your doctor. Otherwise...chances are...you need to ween him off of them asap.

  21. Deinatley not, boy are sometimes not able to control this until they are 9 and even older. For various diffrent reasons. Sadly parents that are not aware may scold a child. Let me ask you this would you pee the bed if and wake up that way if you could help it?

If you are asking because he is having an overnight guest, then I would talk to the other parents to explain, that way they can decide.

My son is 6 now and we are most of the time free from accidents like these, we also have kids over that are his age who still need them.
