ya.. cuz doing the braces before adult teeth is more complicated... my sisters getting hers on August 13 th and she had 1 baby tooth tht the dentist pulled out .. anyways the dentist also told our mom tht she needs to take her bby tooth out before she gets braces>

no, it is better to get braces at a younger age. The actual age that most orthos recommend to get braces at is age 7, so the earlier the better

if he gets braces and he still has baby teeth then they will pointless.

the baby teeth will fall out and the adult teeth will come in crooked.

either get all of the baby teeth pulled or just wait.

you will have to have them on longer if you have baby teeth when you get them.

i knew a few people who had them with baby teeth and they got them off and the baby teeth fell out and they had to get braces again.

This can depend on a number of factors.    First of all,  some people have a baby tooth or 2 their whole life,   I've seen 70 year olds with a remaining baby tooth !

Also,   braces fix a number of issues,  not just crooked teeth,  so if he has a different issue.........like overbite,  underbite,  crossbite,  etc.,    you don't have to wait until all the baby teeth are out,  these issues can be fixed anytime.      

Otherwise,   most commonly,   orthodontists wait until all the baby teeth are gone,  or almost gone,  for standard cases.   Most orthos give a free consult where you can find out what the issues of your son are,   and what the best timing is for beginning.
