  1. no more than non-nudist parents.  Nude kids are no big deal.

  2. As nudists it is not the same as p**n star. There is a fine line since if viewed by the wrong person it can be seen as such. Nudism is a cultural choice and not the same as being "naked". Taking a photo of your child in its natural state is beautiful - unfortunately there will always be people who make the beautiful terribly ugly.

  3. Huh?  Happy snaps??  What the heck is that?

    Ok, I looked it up.

    " Happy Snap

The art of taking a photograph of somebody, often a complete stranger, without their permission - preferably when that person is engaging in peculiar or unsavoury behaviour. "

In other words, you are asking if its legal for nudist parents to take candid photographs of their naked children.

The answer is that it IS legal in the U.S. to photograph your nude children as long as the child is not doing something sexual or promiscuous.  As many as 90% of Americans have nude photos of their minor children.  Candid legal photos would be things like taking a bath, swimming, and just running around the yard and such.

Any photo of a child in a sexual situation or pose, regardless of whether they are naked or not, is considered child pornography and WILL be prosecuted.  Remember, Nudity does not equal s*x.  Child pornography does not require nudity and not all nude photos are pornography.

So the answer is NO, nudists should not be prosecuted for taking candid photos of their naked children since there is no sexual activity shown or implied.
