Should older women & female teachers get a free pass when they get it on with teen boys?

IMO, the answer is yes. Back in the 70's when I was 16 and a senior in high school, i was involved with a much older woman of 44. She was beautiful and I pursued her....she finally gave in. She did not rape me or damage me, she taught me how to be the great lover that I am today. I am not damaged goods. I understood that it would be a short term affair and we both enjoyed each other for about one year. No harm done.

I don't see why the public comes down so hard on the women when in most cases, it is the boy pursuing the older woman/teacher.

I actually do not think that an older woman can damage a young teen by having s*x with him.

No more so than older men & male teachers should get a free pass when they get it on with teen girls.

The reason is that because the teacher/student relationship has a high potential for abuses of power and manipulation using a position of authority over the subordinate to extract a desired outcome.

And no, in most cases, it is the older woman/teacher pursuing the boy, as it is in most cases the older man/teacher pursuing the girl.

I actually do think that an older woman can damage a young teen by having s*x with him, in the same way that an older man can damage a young teen by having s*x with her. Just because you don't think you were damaged does not mean that no one else could have been.

No double standards allowed. Apply the law equally, or don't apply it at all.

I don't think it is a good idea.  If any teacher is allowed to get a free pass, neither the teachers nor the kids are protected.  Kids could be abused.  The teachers could be blackmailed.  The school all sudden becomes a s*x club.  Nothing good comes out of it.  Kids go there to learn basic knowledge, not how to have s*x.  Better keep it professional in school.  I am sure the kids have dirty videos hidden in their closet anyway. If the kids like to meet older lover, better do it outside of the school.

An older woman can take advantage of a young boy the same way an older man can take advantage of a young girl.

Yes, I do not see anything wrong with it if the boy is a well developed 16 year old on up. Under 16 is too young.
