Should other businesses and organizations follow the lead of the LPGA & mandate proficiency in English?

I think it's a great idea. If one elects to live and work in the United States, at least an attempt to become proficient in the Englishlanguage should be a condition of employment.

I visited a McDonald's in Cicero, IL last month, and literally was unable to order because NONE of the staff spoke English. That's ridiculous!

  2. they should and if we had any sense at all we would wake up and make English the official language of the USA and get rid of the dial one for English 2 for Spanish
