Should other countries put the Bush Administration in jail for war crimes and crimes against humanity?

The Bush administration lied to congress and to the American people about the reasons for invading Iraq. They also have committed numerous crimes against humanity. For example: the dismissal of Habeas Corpus, or the unlawful torture of innocent people at Guantanamo bay.

Impeachable acts have happened by this administration, but it almost seems too late for an impeachment. I have heard that other countries want to try The Bush Administration with Crimes against humanity. The Administration would face the World Court and after an investigation, would be tried.

Should this happen?

Stay out of the Bar pal.  The contstitution takes care of everything you talk about.  There is no need for world court unless you are talking about international basketball.  Why would I want some idiot that is living in an oppressed world make a decision that would affect my family.  You are a perfect example when it comes to extreme idiocracy.  If you live in this country you hate so much, did you come here by pelican or some type of boat?  Must have been from one of those oppressed  countries that everyone is leaving.  If your not American, then stay away, we have too much cancer in our politics already.  If you are, then we will have to cure it without your help, and we will pal.  Go back to sleep

Many countries have already started the procedures for just that. You can bet that after leaving the White House, Bush, Cheney and his administration will not get out of the US that much. And will only in countries such as UK and Israel. If not, they will be arrested.

This administration is marked by a nearly psychopathic ignorance of the seriousness of its actions.

There are Attorneys General in the USA who are planning ways to try the Psycho-in-Chief for murder once he leaves office.

Personally I hope they all--Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Powell, Feith, General Marks and others--are caught, tried in the Hague for war crimes, found guilty, and hung by their necks until dead.
