Should our politicians be more like NASCAR drivers ?

NASCAR driver were jump suits, proudly displaying the patches of their sponsors. Should our elected officials also were jumpsuits, proudly displaying the patches of the lobbyist they accepted money from ?

And the bigger the contribution, the bigger the patch.

I think they are like NASCAR drivers, they are drunks, they beat their spouses, they declare bankruptcy, they commit white collor crimes, they do nothing for the average citizen and they think they are fooling the people.

This is quite an interesting idea.

However I think the fault lies in the fact that not even the largest of politicians would be big enough to have a patch that would adequately represent the size of some donations.

Also, knowing that people identify with major brands, most people would just vote for the Coca-Cola candidate anyway. (Sigh)
