    that has stopped; the true value of any

    property is a combination of the

    cost to rebuild it and the local market values,

    --remember, excluding properties in physically

    harmed environmental areas, all props

    will begin climbing this fall!

    1-2%, then 3%, etc.


  2. You would have to burn the Constitution which keeps the government out of our private property.

  3. Good god, NO. Price floors never help anything; they just create more problems.
