Should parents be nice to kids on thier 16th birthday even if they didnt do a homework assighnmentt?

Yes, they should be nice. BUT you should do the homework as best you can, they only want you to do well

Wow!  It looks as if you really need to improve on your spelling, ergo the reason why there is homework in the first place.

But, beyond this, I would suggest talking to your parents about the problem with this particular homework assignment you are having and ask if they can help you understand what is being asked of you to complete it.

Perhaps, by then, they will come around and be nice to you - regardless of whether it is your birthday.
