  2. Personal not Government Intervention as in volunteers perhaps. Destruction of trees destroy repositories of oxygen and carbon sinks. Destruction of trees causes release of harmfull substances.  A suggestion could be to create alternitives to selling wood . Recycled paper money may reduce use of wood plus to dispense with states altogether and base things on cooperatives not states. Removing jungle disrupts The Ecosytem which is connected to the watershed, and kills of creatures and disrupts the ecological balance leaving original prey free to wreak havoc on cities plus  treesr are lungs of planet they help purify the air.
