Should people looking at other places when they are driving?

yesterday ,as i was walking on the sidewalk ,there were 5 (at least ) people in different cars .they were looking at me ,even they are driving .i remember one of them ,he pass through me ,and he turns back keep looking at ...

maybe the way i dressed was extremely extraordinary

Sorry to burst your bubble, but while driving, you should be aware of Everything that is around you.  Just staring straight ahead is dangerous.  However, gawking a/o rubbernecking is not a good idea.  Everything in moderation.

i get that when i go jogging... and i get annoyed. in my head i always think 'what the f*ck are you looking at fool.. just drive ok!'.

the only time i have ever looked at a pedestrian on the road when i was driving was last year. i willl never forget it. i saw a naked drunk aboriginal man walking naked down a main road. now that was a sight. i nearly crashed my car.. and so did a few other people driving past.

Many people do look at other places while drivin to observe them. Observin is good, but, I think, only the people with very very good control on the bike or vehicle, look at other places while drivin, but they should also avoid this habit, cause accidents doesnt occur after tellin us.

Well do watever on bike, but pls b sure it doesnt harm or kill anyone else includin the rider. Thats all.

Because they are idiots.   They think they are good drivers and can handle gawking around.  They are wrong.
