  1. they shouldnt completely stop, but they should either get sync, bluetooth, or even put the phone on speaker. but driving with one hand on the wheel and the other holding a phone isnt safe

  2. Of course! People need to drive not talk!

  3. Yes. All types of cell phone use should not be done while driving. If it's that important pull over and make your call.

  4. Yes

  5. They should stop doing things in the car that distract them. If talking on a cell phone is one of those things, then yes. If it's eating and drinking, then they should stop doing those things. Shaving, makeup, reading, playing with the radio, they all fall under the same category, and in fact some forward-thinking states have already put cell phone use under the distracted driving umbrella so they don't have to come up with a new law that is hard to enforce and even harder to catch people doing. I mean, come on. How hard is it to quickly hide a cell phone if you are using it without a hands-free device if you see a cop?

  6. yes they get distracted

  7. OMG Yes! I have gotten nearly runned over by drivers on the phone- and they did not even notice how close they came to ending my life!

  8. No, just use bluetooth or SYNC

  9. Yes, you don't want to get a ticket or get into an accident. If you want to use you cell phone either get a hands free device or pull over to the side to the road. If possible, have the caller leave a message on you cell phone's voicemail.

    Good luck and drive safe
