  1. Yes, as long as they are citizens and not felons - it is their right to vote and believe how they wish.

  2. You have no choice but to allow them to vote. The reason is that you can never be sure how to disqualify someone from voting based on what they "believe." How will you or anyone else know what someone "believes"?

  3. Then how about this suppose someone thought reveloution or at least an armed struggle was necesarry to stop future wars. Allow them to vote. Another point if someone thought they should destroy all the oil refineries of Sudan and fight The Janja Weed should they be allowed to vote. Just asking.

Now what if a person  wondered  if Janja meant Ganja or Marijuana and if since JanjaWeed means  Demon Weed  and  prop in U.S. Drug Wars refersto marijuana as    if  an elaborate hoaxwas being perpetuated by Black Sudanese .   Suppose a man said to himself what if people thought riders smoking marijuana were terrorizing usbut we called them JanjaWeed. Also in the film The Devil Came On Horse Back people advocated smoking The Janja Weed by holding up signs at rallies with  the words ''Smoke The Janja Weed. So is this Reefer Madness again and if not would people then be calling for people to destroy Loco Weed Riders in New Mexico in The U.S. as well as Sudan. Also man who took pictures of genocide in Sudan did not understand why people did not take him seriously this may help explain why. Plus people accustomed to propaganda so less moved.

  4. If they can distinguish among the candidates and are legal voters, sure.

  5. yes

  6. No. People that uneducated should not be allowed out in public unless they are strapped into a safety harness with a leash to the wrist of a rational responsible adult.
