  1. first you would need to provide any evidence that global warming is not happening. which you carnt. Even if global warming is not real do oil is a finite resource and it is running out. why not try and conserve it?

  2. no one should ever be charged taxes

  3. People who buy hybrid cars are already supporting research by making it economically viable to sell hybrid cars.  That is why people who drive hybrids get a tax cut - they are already doing something to reduce global warming pollution.

Charging a tax to drive a hybrid car would only make less people want to drive them because of increased cost.  A tax like this would only increase global warming.

  4. why would you ask this

  5. Yes!   And people who buy gashog vehicles should be charged an extra $10,000 a year to suppor the war in Iraq to secure oil for their vehicles.

  6. NO, people should be charged a tax to drive hummers, and for being stupid.

  7. No people who dont by hybrids should have to pay an additional $200 a year, or maybe more. That would make them re think their new SUV.

    Compact cars could be $200

and SUV's an extra $100 a year for each additional square decameter that there car contains compared to the compact. Now THAT would make them rethink buying a new SUV.

  8. How does your question make sense?

They are already doing something for the environment - like buying an expensive car because its emissions are lower - why should they be forced to pay more?
