  1. renters pay for the owners property taxes, so yes.


  2. Personally I don't believe that those who are renters should even be allowed to vote on anything that may increase property taxes for home owners. Yes I am aware that renters pay a tiny little amount toward property taxes in their rent, but nothing in comparison to what we property owners have to pay.

    Those who get to ride for free don't get to steer the ship.....
