Should people who poach animals illegally deserve a death penalty? why?

No, you have to have punishment that fits the crime.  Conventional wisdom is that an animals life is not as valued as a humans, even though we are animals (i know its a grey area for some), but penalties should be much harsher than they are, same with animal abusers like Micheal Vick. He shouldnt see the light of day for a long time to come, instead he will be out within a couple years making millions.  Disgusting!

Yes. We are destroying many species and killing anything we want to. It has to stop. Humans are animals to (we are primates) and we should respect all of nature, because we belong to it.
