Should people who shout out: "In the hole", at golfing events have their nuts cut off?

Yes, I hate these morons. They should be tied face down over a barrel, have their pants pulled down while some beefy guy grabs a broom handle putter and everyone shouts "In the hole".

That and loudly bad mouthing the players after a poor shot should be discouraged . . .. but I always thought tossing the loud ones in the closest water hazard was the appropriate punishment.

no i dont think so even though i is really annoying if someone on the next hole is trying to take their shot, but all in all it adds to the excitment of the shot good or bad

another great question well done . would you want this done as a medical procedure , substanial cost to tax payers . or a on site tent. were people could pay . have a number given . recieve a tax recipt , do the surgery without anestic  ugh shrivle discomfort . and the funds recieved would be returned to the taxpayers , in the form of less expensive medical care . call your congress person this bill would be submitted before tuesdays sessions . and cheaper medical costs , by thursday. then you can recieve a senate post , and save the taxpayers more money . hillary , take note you have a vice president . with a mind . great idea , have to leave body part ran away thank you
