  1. Yes. As we all know that umpires always make mistakes. So players be allowed to appeal the umpires verdict.

  2. i think no..

  3. yes

  4. no

  5. The umpires decision is final. He is allowed to change his mind, so long as this is done promptly.

I think it would be a bad idea if players were allowed to appeal against an umpires decision. They would then lose all respect.

  6. With current technology (even if it is not 100% correct ) - each

team should be given 3 or more to appeal in certain situations.

Caught and LBW. Run outs already is referred to 3rd ump.

Not only it has to be in IPL, ICL, domestic, it has to be at the

international level. For all those who say - time will be wasted,

give me a break. There is no sport other than cricket where in

the time duration of non-play is so large than any other sport.

It will remove the unwarranted errors. But of course I am still with the umps, and it is not easy to be in their shoes.

It is very common to make such errors.

  7. yes. as long as the umpires still have the guts to make their own decisions on obvious calls. it will also encourage batsman to walk because they know that if they nick it and are given not out, they will look stupid when the decision is referred to the 3rd umpire and given out.

  8. I think that will give the players a fair chance.
