  1. Can already buy them at hobby shops,  model rocket launchers that is

  2. Ethically, the population should be allowed to own rocket launchers as  protection against its government and criminal organizations.

  3. I dont believe that is necessary for the hunter gatherer or even as a self defence weapon.

  4. Yes they should but the law should allow them to be fired only within the owner's home.

  5. Yes, I absolutely agree.  the Constitution says arms not small arms, but arms because it was put there to encourage Civil War and keep the government in check.  Too bad this country is a bunch of panty wearing cross dressers who can't defend themselves.

  6. I think that under the 2nd amendment, any American is allowed to own any sort of weapon he can afford.

The National Guard, which is a militia, has all kinds of heavy duty weaponry.

The difficulty seems to be -- where would you get a rocket launcher?

  7. i think the 2nd amendment would make it legal

however, i don't think it should be allowed as there is absolutly no reason to own one.

  8. Feel you should have license  and registration for all firearms. If you had paperwork would say yes.

  9. yes.. http://www.jonchristianryter.com/2008/08...

  10. I want a nuclear tipped ICBM, the constitution says I'm allowed to own one, since the document doesn't distinguish any kind of limits to "arms" ownership.

Do you think the 2nd Amendment loving neocons will allow me to have one?

  11. Yep.

Obama's Terrorist Friends own some----- you can bet on that.

  12. Interesting question...  I doubt they are legal for ownership...  I can't think of why (aside for the doing of some kind of evil) anyone would need one...  it's not generally efficient to go deer hunting with a rocket launcher...

  13. No thats just ridiculous. If there was ever a country that didnt need to defend themselves against their own government, it would be USA. So the 2nd amendment is ridiculous now and not needed. We arent the most free country on earth (USA doesnt even make the top 10 list for most democratic countries)....but we aren't Myanmar or China either so I don't think we will ever need to defend ourselves against our own government. Thats just crazy.

People talk about the constitution like its some kind of law set in stone. That's why we have amendments. The constitution can be altered or changed at any time so people need to stop "clinging" to that.
