  1. No they shouldn't because tattoos are permanent for life. Yea they have the laser removal but that doesn't work. Anyone who thinks they want a tattoo then they better be happy with it for the rest of there life.

  2. Not NO!, but double NOOOOO!!!!

  3. No, people make mistakes and regreat things, kids will just get them because they can, best wiat until they are 18 when all responsibilty can held against them.

  4. You can't any way.

  5. :::NOOOOOO to any age:::

    Tattoos certainly are dangerous and significantly lesson the quality of life. As a man, it is a big turn off to see a pretty young girl's skin spoiled with a stupid tattoo on her lower back. Listen up girls: They are NOT s**y, NOT cute, and NOT attractive. And you will regret it later!

    There are literally hundreds of thousands (maybe millions?) of hot girls out there who are now gross because they f**cked up their beautiful bodies and skin with these stupid, ugly, dime-a-dozen tattoos, thinking they were, what, beautifying themselves? Think again. The most beautiful girl is the girl who looks like HERSELF, not some sleazy tattoo slob's crappy "art."

    Tattoos in women have been described in clinical samples as being associated with psychopathology, child sexual abuse (CSA), personality problems or alcohol abuse.

    Method: A random community study of New Zealand women being primarily investigated to assess the coping strategies of those reporting CSA gathered information about tattoos, and indicators of different types of psychosocial problems.

    Results: Women with tattoos were more likely to be younger, to drink more alcohol, to have more psychiatric symptoms and to show borderline personality features than were the non tattooed women. They were also more likely to report CSA.

    Conclusions: Tattoos in women are statistically linked to CSA, and to later psychopathology in some women.

  6. No-reason being that though many young adults are mature enough to handle decisions etc-many are not. This is a permanent thing on your body-look at the crazy things kids do-the stupid things-to endanger themselves during teens and even early 20's.

    and, the shops want to protect themselves too from angry parents-don't you think?

  7. No. Never.

  8. No, and besides safety, maturity etc I have another reason. A few years back my daughter approched us about the tattoo issue. She was 16. She knew exactly what tattoo she wanted and where. She had a picture of the tattoo and taped it on her bedroom mirror. She just had to get this tattoo. We told her when she was 18 AND out on her own she could get anything, anywhere she wanted. 6 months ago she turned 18, she no longer wants a tattoo, body piercings or any of the like.

    She is looking foward to college and starting a new life with her husband (no kids) A lot can change during the teen years, if they are forced to wait it out, they won't be stuck with a tattoo of some band that long ago was forgotten
