Jail time may not be an option for anyone who commits this offense,but a fine is definitely going to be granted. And Harry should be treated like everyone else and pay that fine.

To my knowledge he's not going to court over it and c'mon to be blunt he's a prince of Wales he really can't be imprisoned, at least if the British republicans don't have their way.

Yes ------ just because he is from the royal family should not mean that he gets special treatment ,As the laws are for every one equally (so we are told) and there fore should be applied equally.

I don't think it could happen, imagine it 'the crown' verus prince Harry! He'd be prosecuted in the name of his nan!

Apart from the bird shooting incident I quite like him, he's the only one of the royal family (maybe along with prince phillip) who has any balls. Dressing up as a member of the SS at a fancy dress party had me in stitches, not exactly pc lol.
