  1. yes

  2. I think EVERY athlete who takes performance enhancing drugs should be banned for life without a second chance!

I can understand a 12 year old kid having a little too much ephidrine in his system because he's taking a flu tablet and did not know there could be a problem. On the other hand, don't tell me that ANY adult/top level athlete has the same excuse.

    1. They know there are substances they must not take, EVEN accidentally.

    2. No matter how stupid they are (or claim to be), they should not even be sticking an M & M in their mouth without making 110% sure it is OK.

3 If they cannot figure it out on their own, they have access to coaches, managers, sporting bodies, doctors and chemists (uummmm just like the rest of us only it would be easier for them) who CAN figure it out for them!

    4. Amazingly, while these cheats try to say they "made a mistake" that resulted in increased levels of HGH or whatever in their blood, they never seem to "make a mistake" that results in high levels of arsenic or cyanide or rat poison in their blood... Now ain't that a coincidence!?

If they want to cheat, kick them to the curb and get it done for good!

    Banned FOR LIFE! The End!

  3. No, you must remember some are not the brightest bulbs on the xmas tree. They take what the coach gives them [ they all take many supplements ], I feel the coach should be banned. In any drug scenario a supplier is way worse than a user.

  4. Absolutely yes!  That would make athletes think twice about using drugs to cheat their way into winning...

Drug cheats in any sport are pathetic losers and should be banned - it has tarnished so many sports.  I cant look at a weight lifter and not question whether the athlete is on drugs or not.  I just dont trust any of them which is so unfair on the honest ones.

  5. The stigma of having cheated once is bad enough.  I'm happy with banning the athlete for several years until s/he comes up clean.  The announcers already annouce when athletes were banned.

  6. As long as the case against the athlete is water tight, yes ban them for life.

  7. I think 4 years minimum for 1st offense and that has to include missing at least 1 Olympics and 2 World Championships

    Life for a 2nd offense
