Should "Illegal" Immigrants stay in America?

Yes, most should. Now see that I did not say all, but most. Anyone who has been jailed, or who is here accepting welfare should not. Most illegals that are here are not causing much harm. they go to work, pay taxes and just want to live a normal life here. We have already let them stay here for 10+ years, why make them go now? These people are not the ones collecting welfare. Did you know that the welfare collectors are declining every year?

1996 - 11,533,710 people collected welfare

2000 - 5,527,071 people collected welfare

2006 - 4,074,689 people collected welfare

2007 - 3,880,321 people collected welfare

Unfortunatly California is the model state for all illegals, but once you leave that crummy state you will find most illegals to be honest, good-hearted people.

WE are all for the most part NOT "illegal immigrants". Most of our ancestors immigrated pre immigration-laws thus making us NOT illegal in any way, shape or form.

no. I will summarize. FREE welfare, they pay no taxes, bankrupting healthcare, overcrowding schools PLUS free school lunches, free government housing, crime rate skyrocketing, where they live property values dropping BIG TIME. , march and DEMAND rights, fail to assimilate, refuse to speak English..finally we give them more than most Americans will ever have and then they complain about how much they hate us and our country.

Sure, if we bill the Mexican government for all the expenses of illegals. MEXICO OWES EVERY STATE AND THE FEDERAL GOVT' FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED FROM DEPORTATIONS, MEDICAL, TRANSPORTATION, & INCARCERATION. Mexico needs to quit crying everytime an illegal is given the death penalty. Mexico can afford it. This includes El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, China, and any other nation sending its poor here. Mexico has billions of dollars from energy, and gold. The Mexican elite control all the wealth. This means children live in slums digging in trash for food. Its not the "wetbacks" fault that jobs don't pay in Mexico, its their poor excuse for a government. I am no defender of illegals, but if any of you were in the same position, you would do what it takes to survive. Illegals on welfare, in prison, driving w/o insurance, refusing to learn English, in gangs, SHOULD NOT get any sympathy. Deportation doesn't work, they will be back.  

On the plus side at least illegals here aren't like the trash invading Europe, Muslim terrorists.

Nope.  They all need to be rounded up and deported, after confiscating whatever assets they may posses.  They were obtained while the illegals were illegal, afterall.  They can pay for their own deportation, with the rest of their assets being pooled to pay for those that have not been able to accumulate as much.

If you want to come to the US and become a citizen I'm all for it.  Need to pay the taxes and all that happy and fun stuff ...But i will give you 2 years to learn English and become a legal citizen if you don't than you need to be deported

As of Jan, 2006 there were 12.1 million legal residents. If they are here for a better life why aren't they applying for citizenship?

Why aren't they learning english? Why are they demonstrating in the streets desecrating the US flag? Why are they buying stolen IDs? What, they don't know right from wrong? And why are the women either pregnant when they come over or pregnant within the first year?Why are we paying out billions of tax dollars to legal and illegal mexican families every year? And why are we giving birthright citizenship to the babies born to mexican nationals?

Send them all home, as soon as possible. Let them work to better Mexico. Isn't that why we fought the American Revolution to win independence from England and the high taxes they placed on people living here?

WE are all for the most part "illegal immigrants". The name America is the name of the continent from north to south of the area we refer to as North America, Central America, and South America. Your question is not definitive or specific so I can't answer your question.

You guys have nerve, you have no clue how hard it is for immigrants, life is hard and they try to come to this country"Land of opportunity", Not all immigrants are bad they're just like an average person, trying to make it through life. That's my opinion.
