Should restaurants have a 'no children' section?

Not to be horrible, but when I go out to a nice place with hubby, I like the atmosphere to be relaxing and soothing. It drives me nuts to pay L200.00 for a meal which I can't enjoy because someone elses child is screaming / running around / causing a fuss.

I find smoking much less offensive / invasive, and restaurants have 'no smoking' sections...

h**l YES IT IS TIME!!! I SEE NO REASON WHY THIS HAD NEVER BEEN DONE!!! Yes I am parent, and by god there are times I want to enjoy a quiet dinner with my wife away from ALL KIDS!!! Especially if I am enjoying a fine dinner like at Mortons where I am spending $50 for a good piece of steak I want to be able to enjoy it with screaming kids! When they got rid of smoking they should have covnerting them into Adult only sections!
