I enjoyed Shakespeare in high school, so I guess it depends how the teacher teaches it. Hamlet was my favorite. I'm saying yes, it has a lot of principles that are taught in an English classroom.

Shakespeare is a subject for special youngsters; those who are interested in knowing the intricacies of the the human soul, those who want to know the strengths and weaknesses of their friends and neighbors, those who want to know what courage is (or fear).

If you are special you should study Shakespeare.

yes, shakespeares works are extremely important literary creations, many of their meanings and values still apply to our time and the analytical skills that can be gained through studying them are really important..
