My baby cousin is 11 months and she still cannot crawl. She can roll over, spin around, and sit up but thats about it. She doesn't talk, she just makes noises. She does kind of army crawl but she's not on her knees. She cannot stand on her own either. Is this normal? Is something wrong?

  1. There's nothing really wrong with her, she may just be a late bloomer. but mayber her mom should get on the floor with her and help her.

  2. Some babies never crawl! Some babies don't walk until well after a year of age. I wouldn't be too concerned.

  3. im sure shes fine, sum babys just take longer to do things. some babys never crawl! she'll be fine am sure =) an ur baby cousins very cute but i wudnt put her pic on the internet for ne1 to see! x*x

  4. all babies develop at different rates, my baby is 6.5 months and doesnt roll over and hates being on her tummy but shes been sitting on her own for a few weeks now and has really good strength in her legs, when she sits she grabs onto my hands and pulls herself up to standing and is now trying to walk. What im trying to say is, were they may be behind in 1 area according to whats considered the average age, they may be leaps and bounds ahead in other development. I wouldnt worry all of a sudden she will start doing those things all at once but if your concerned then see a doctor and put your mind at rest....shes cute!

  5. she should walk... my son is 10 1/2 and hes walking.. but babies  develp differntly

  6. crawling is actually not a developmental milestone because some kids just dont learn how to do it at all..by now, she should be rolling over, sitting on her own without any support and soon, she should start standing up with support. she should also be jabbering but probably is too early to say words..some kids just develop a little later but keep an eye out on her..by the age of 12 months, she should be standing and creeping along holding on to things.
