  1. IF SHES HUNGRY TO DRINK CHICKEN BROTH OR  TO EAT ICE. IT STOPS THE TUMMY ACHE AND CURES THE HUNGER

  2. she probably has a virus. of course she should eat if she's hungry.

  3. She should not eat something if she is going to throw it up again.Wait and give her a glass of gingerale or sprite to get that disgusting taste out of her mouth. Does she have a feaver or chills then it may be a virus or cold? Since she threw up about seven times, she should go to the hospital to get those fluids replenished because she did loose alot of fluids from throwing up. If I were you, tell your parents tosee what they can do to help her or call her parents that way they can help her.

  4. she should start with broth

  5. only a broth of some kind, if she isn't sick for a while then she can have more substance, but if she does it won't be to difficult and easier for her.   NO GREASY FOODS!  That can end up realy bad!

  6. it sounds like the flu. she should try liguids, water fisrt, then juice with sugar, to give her energy. if she pukes up the juice its probally the flu.

  7. If she is hungry, she should eat. Her parents should be taking care of that. She may be ill, you should be careful, you could contract her illness.

  8. Crackers maybe some scrambled eggs or applesauce soup

  9. I don't know why she threw up - virus? food poisoning? - but it makes sense that her stomach would still hurt after that.

If she wants to eat she should try some of the foods meant for people who have been vomiting: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, and Tea. In the hospital we call it the brat diet (b/c each letter of 'brat' spells part of the food choices).

The banana is important b/c it will help replace her lost potassium from all the vomiting.

  10. Encourage your friend to start with clear fluids first, like a few sips of water.  If she holds that down, then work up to a cracker, and if she starts to feel better and holds that down, then maybe work up to some toast.  Hunger is usually a good sign.  :)

  11. Your friend should try to nibble on some crackers and something to drink like Gatorade. Her electrolytes are probably off from vomiting so much and she could be dehydrated so the best thing she can do right now is to drink fluids.

    Hope this help!
