Just got done working the Vanessa Hudgens show at Great Adventure. She lip-syched most of her show.I asked the sound guy after wards.

This year was bad year Lil'Mama did also.A few years ago Rhianna did her entire show.

Should they put it on the ticket or let the fans know, that their not really singing. That's such a rip off for the fans.

  1. In the worlds of Elton John..

"Anyone who lipsynchs should be shot"

If you can't sing, don't be a singer. Backtrack is one thing, but charging the people who MADE your career happen and MADE your millions $100 a pop to watch you move your lips alittle is bullshit.

  2. If they can't sing they shouldn't be singers and record companies and the "performers" should be sued.

  3. yes they should

because its unfair on the fans,

theyre basically saying that fans arent going to here them sing, theyre going to see them ....

if i went to a papa roach concert (fave band) and found out jacoby shaddix was lip syncing i would be so frigging pissed off id be demanding or my money back. i wouldnt go to that concert to see his face, i couldnt care less about that. i would go to that concert to hear his amazing voice and if he was lipsyncing whats the point in going if i can just listen to the cd?

  4. YES

if they cant really sing that well and are just posers you shouldnt have to pay top dollar for a "concert "!

you can hear a cd for alot less !!

  5. Seriously, I can listen to the true version at home, I come to a concert to listen to them sing LIVE, and just play a CD and have her/him about 200 feet away from me.
