This is a serious moral question and I don't want some stupid idiot to say "h**l yeah they should"

All over the interent, in facebook groups, myspace pages, aim profiles, and etc. there are places teaching people how to cheat on tests and stuff. Should places like this be allowed? Aren't they encouraging illegal stuff? Or is it overstepping the right to freedom of speech/publishing?

  1. Freedom.  It comes at a cost, that we must also allow freedom (in this case speech) to people who have different ideals and values from most of us.  So yes, it must be allowed.  However, as a parent, I can forbid my children to do this.

  2. Freedom of speech. The ones who actually cheat will be the ones "illegal". Speaking of "cheating". Pirating movies and music is also "cheating". Should torrent sites and things like Limewire be taken down too? No, it depends on how you use it and if you use it. You don't have to cheat on the test, and you don't have to pirate music and movies, but people do it as long as it works and they dont' get caught.

  3. Yes.

But when push comes to shove in the real world they'll find it difficult to survive.

  4. absolutely, theyre allowed to post whatever content they like on their websites.

sure, theyre encouraging illegal stuff but at the end of the day its the individual's choice whether to cheat or not.
