There are several suits at a various school districts now trying to keep various traditions that strengthen and enable the general student body. Some of these traditions are being attacked to "not offend" or "harm" a weak and disabled minority.

For example, a student has a "disability" the forces a dietary change for the entire student body. Another one is that the disabled student goes into conniptions if a certain sound or visual sequence is done that they will normally be exposed to in general public life. This can be argued to the point of servicing this disabled is a menace to the student body.

  1. Most kids in those circumstances are segregated and not mainstreamed. I don't think the whole student body should suffer for one or two students. I think the school system should have facilities for these type of students.
