The youngsters from EVERY WHERE in the world much advance than those

of the United States, in every way, that is why the states have to go out of America to look for Teachers. The problem for that is not because the Teachers in America cannot read & wright, but the children have no discipline & they can be dangerous to there Teachers

so you see most of the time the Teacher all scared of there lives and what could & will happened to he or she so they just through there hands up

& do what even I would  say, and this is it. Well if you won't behave and

learn what I am teaching you, LATER for you then. SO that is the big problem for a start. The other thing is the lessons, and the way they teaches children here especially in New York area etc. it is some old

lessons they use to teach children. Imagine this. Many years ago one of my son came from England to go to high School he spent two yrs. & have to go back home because every day he comes home he complained that he wants to go back home because

what he is learning in high School, in England he had pass it in junior high. Children even from the QUOTE & QUOTE third world I mean the CARIBBEAN have  the same problem when they comes here and start going to School. The children are one, & the curriculum in the schools are the next problem. My Daughter came here from the age of

six that's before her Brother so she went throe the junior high private school then public high school so she gets the best of both educated

worlds my son, her Brother was going to the public high when he could

not handled it because he had pass what they were teaching him  They both have there very good education & is very successful

in life. My Daughter have her Bachelor & Masters in Computer science,

son back in England with his own Business so does his sister, both of

them with there own Business & very successful, so back to your question.

Yes the ADVANCED LEVEL EXAMINATION & they should have some

law & order in the School, so you are very correct

Yes. When I took my O and A levels the rules were simple. Regardless of the overall % mark obtained, 25% of the candidates would fail, those with the lowest marks. For the grades A to D inclusive, these were equally divided among the remaining 75% of the candidates who passed the exam. Lots of incentive to study hard for everyone and you had to learn as much as possible
