I'm over the All Blacks lost and now time to look forward to the next one.But I do have to ask the question is New Zealand Rugby Union going to continue sacking Coaches if they fail to win the World Cup? Has New Zealands’ Rugby come to the point where only the World Cup matters and the decisions of selecting the All Black Coach are base on who will succeed in wining it?In my opinion, both Mitchell and Graham can only learn from their mistakes when it comes to the World Cup.Both have succeed in the development of New Zealand players in giving them the opportunity of playing in the Black jersey ensuring players stay hungry to continue their development to be given another opportunity in the future. They have both done well when it comes to test matches and other games that the All Blacks have played. But I do have to worry about when All Black looses the other games, the excuse of focusing on the World Cup is always being used.
