The Sox are in good shape right now.  Ozzie is a good manager it is just too bad he is such a clown that it takes away from the team.

The Sox look to me like a team in panic mode. First you have the curious trade for the player who used to be Ken Griffey Jr. and now you've got a Sox reliever throwing at a batter in bases-loaded situation. The Sox could be in trouble because if there's one thing that Ozzie Guillen isn't, it's a calming influence in the clubhouse or dugout.

PEOPLE IT'S ONLY A HALF GAME.....Ozzie is more nervous than panicky

First he signs Kenny jr. who many people arn't sure should be really playing this year

Second he fights with a fan in the Metrodome Meltdown

Third he goes crazy at the Royals game when it was already lost, he should be mad at his pitching and not at the Umpires and Royals

If they would go back to "Ozzie Ball" as they called it in 05 they would be unstoppable.  No one seems to play stick ball anymore.  The Yankees used it for YEARS to beat everyone (not that I am a Yankees fan by any means).  It seems that the big leaguers have forgotten how to play stick ball.

They are a half a game back.  Anything can happen.  It's still August.

Yeah. 1/2 game behind. Aug. 4th. Yep. Yer sharp. NO WAY  a team can compete with those catastrophes. What the HECK are you talking about? Oh, and by the way, Oz land is in the World Series winner's circle. He won it, after all. The White Sox were whose pick at the beginning of the year? No one's. They're doing pretty good, except, as you point out, that they can't possibly make up that half game.
