no.  The all around and any individual won by the 13 yr olds should be stripped.  There is written proof of their ages from the English Language Govt. ran news-site.  The Times has the original pages.  The earlier competitions list the ages..officially...you can not age almost 2 yrs in 6 mths.

This is cheating and should be treated no different then doping or steroids..

No, why should they? All the events are judged by judges from all different countries. Most television stations happens to cry "foul" way too much because in every event i have seen there has been some bad call or misjudgement on the part of the judges, even when there wasnt a chinese team. So what do you think is more likely? The fact that everyone is against America all the time (even countries like england, france, or germany) or these T.V. stations are just biased towards the Americans.
