  1. If a person is deported is to his home country in this case is Cuuba

  2. NO all Mexico wants to do is deport them back to Cuba

  3. they are not mexican nationals so no.they would be going back to cuba.we cant deport  guatamalans to mexico.so why deport cubans to mexico?even though they came by mexico dont we still have to apply the wetfoot/dryfoot policy?(real question)

btw- did you see on the spanish channel news that the govt of mexico went for the cubans and the cubans were taken by the smugglers by force with weapons from the mexican police?

  4. Well, here's the problem:  Mexico won't take them back, and we cannot force Mexico to take them back.  If we simply allowed them to return, that wouldn't be great for relations and it'd make it more difficult to gain concessions from Mexico to help us.  What's more, because the immigrants are NOT Mexican nationals, we can't really send them there for that reason as well.  And due to current policies, we won't send them back to Cuba because they automatically have refugee status (or something) since Cuba's government sucks so bad.  So they simply need to stay here in the United States.

  5. No, just leave both of them here.

  6. ABSOLUTELY!! Right along with the Mexican's that brought them.

  7. Yes!!!

  8. I dont know if dry feet law applies here but if it does not they should be sent back to cuba, regardless of where they are from cuba, china, india the fact that they came trough mexico or canada should make no difference

  9. Yes, and you MUST GO WITH THEM !

  10. They should be deported to Cuba
