Should the Dodgers organization and fans be embarrased?

They have one of the top 5 highest payrolls and they've been terrible for 10 years!

Yes they should, Tampa Bay never made the playoffs, Kansas City hasn't been there since 1985, Pittsburgh 1993 Milwaukee 1982, but they are all Small Market Teams, The Dodgers like you said Made the Playoffs in 2004 and 2006, You what they are lucky to just make it, they need to Invest their money wisley.

the club should be, but not the fans. a fan should be proud of showing their support for their team no matter what. my A's are pretty much out of the race, but i have no problem supporting them.

How can you say the fans should be embarrassed? I'd be embarrassed if I ditched my life-long team to become a Yankees, Red Sox, or Cubs fan (not knocking the true fans, just the "fans" that change their team according to record). I'm happy being loyal, I'm embarrassed for the bandwagon fans. The organization is a different story though. I'm glad we kept the young talent, but it doesn't really matter if we're not going to win with them. They've had so many opportunities to sign so many big names that would've helped, but they just couldn't make the deal. The Dodgers have youth though, so watch out for many years to come.
