Should the EPA regulate DHMO as a greenhouse gas?

The EPA has stated that carbon dioxide is a substance that falls under their regulatory umbrella. Should they not also be concerned with DHMO? This stuff has been linked to thousands of deaths every year. Not only is it a greenhouse gas, but it directly kills many more people from oxygen displacement than CO2.

Water *vapor* is a greenhouse gas, but tends to saturate in the upper atmosphere, forming clouds, which bounce light back off the planet, allowing cooling:)  It is also necessary for dew and rain, which plants seem to need in much greater quantities than carbon dioxide.

It *is* a danger that as the air heats up, it carries more vapor, which causes more heating.  This is one of those "positive feedbacks" they worry about.

It is regulated by the EPA.  The two biggest regulatory measures are the Clean DHMO Act and the Safe Drinking DHMO Act.  

Can you believe people actually drink that stuff?  If it don't come from a can or bottle, I won't drink anything.

OK, I was wondering what would replace CO2 as the next tool for fear tactics, and I think you may have come across it!

Di hydrogen Monoxide(DMHO) will probably the next 'Greenhouse Gas' especially if you promote it.
