It will depend on the Iraqi government and its military.  If Iraq is in the position to defend itself of course we will leave.

Yes!  We still have 140,000+ American troops in a war zone.  Iraq is a major issue

Convienent that this is happening an August before an election.  I'll believe it when I see my brother arrive home from Iraq.

McCain said it right when he said we'd be there 50 years.  They're not kicking anyone out.  Sorry that's not the fluffy answer you want.  Obviously there won't be the same level of troops we have now but the fact is we always stay for decades.
