Cause See I've Been a Kings fan ever since Vlade Divac was on that team. I've been a fan of Caron Butler ever since he was with the Miami Heat. So, should the kings make that trade? I would love to see that.

  1. What up Tom A,

i don't think the Wizards would do that deal.  Caron gets along great with the guys in WA and Artest could destroy the chemistry.  Caron is a pretty decent defender and very skilled and improving on offense... ya if i was the Kings i'd do that all day- but i don't think the Wizards would bite.

  2. YES they should if the wizards go for it.. seriously man if your a fan of the kings since vlade divac just like me then you KNOW artest is causing distractions to the organization, to the franchise and to the players...

    how and why?

first he says he will stay, then he is thinking of opting out... then on draft night said he will opt out... then he said he will stay, then he said he regrets not opting out.. then he said he was sorry for his statements... then he said he wanted to be traded...

and dude that all happened in a span of weeks not even months that Joe maloof said that artest SETTLE DOWN

artest is a loose canon and is a risk to a team there should be a new rule in the league the Ron artest standard where in if a player fails to behave under contract the organization has an option to terminate that contract..

but if ron artest is focused, no distractions he can be a 24ppg 6rpg 2apg 2spg 1bpg kind of guy, thats like mvp numbers.. and he is only 28 years old....

i think the Wiz if they want a win now mode attitude will trade caron for artest... but there comes with a risk with that trade for them.. to the kings its advantageous but to the wiz they are risking themselves with a high reward high backlash kind of player in artest

  3. The Wizards wouldn't do it.  Artest would bring a better defensive presence to DC than Butler, but his volatile persona is too much of a risk.  Butler also is an all star in his own right anyway and he does play defense unlike Gilbert Arenas.

  4. no thats stupid i wouldnt get rid of a young good guy

  5. It's gona be a tough one to pull off dude.  I think Wizards are trying to keep their own version of the Celtics big three together in Butler, Jamison, and Agent Arenas.

  6. The Wizards aren't stupid, they would never do that....
