  1. I'm really surprised that Judge Giles did it.

I know if I violated my probation, repeatedly, I would end up in jail.

I also know if I pushed an officer, that I would end up in jail.

Also I know if I as mayor ( being white ) said something racial, to a black, that I would end up being sued for every penny I have.

It's nice to see him being treated like a regular Joe six pack.

  2. yeah he needs a break

  3. Depends on whether he can make bail.  The Constitution provides that there must be reasonable bail, and that anyone who can pay the bail, should be allowed out of jail to await trial.  Bill of Rights and all that.

  4. He should remain in jail until......... He should remain in jail.

(It's a bit too cliche' that a city as run-down as Detroit ends up with a corrupt mayor. Is that place like cursed or something? Is that what automobile plants do to a place?)

  5. Oh wow, you leave town for a few months. And all h**l breaks lose, his in Jail? Good place for him, only God knows who voted that clown in to office in the first place.
