  1. No, they shouldn't

What they should do is frame laws such that something like this could never have happened in the first place...the politicians are to blame not the judge who is merely interpreting the law.

William Roper: So, now you give the Devil the benefit of law!

Sir Thomas More: Yes! What would you do? Cut a great road through the law to get after the Devil?

William Roper: Yes, I'd cut down every law in England to do that!

Sir Thomas More: Oh? And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned 'round on you, where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat? This country is planted thick with laws, from coast to coast, Man's laws, not God's! And if you cut them down, and you're just the man to do it, do you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow then? Yes, I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!

  2. yes they have the right but in usa they do the same

  3. yes get the s hit out of this country

  4. No

Should be the jury's decision when in court. The government should stay out of it unless it is believed to be a dangerous decision to the public.

  5. Take it up with the EU, our government wanted to throw out several pieces of s**t including the kid who knifed his head teacher. But the EU said we cant do that.

I bet Hitler and napoleon are kicking themselves, if only they'd used beauracracy instead of guns and tanks.

  6. they should more like have the right to kill him like they do our soliders.

  7. The minute you throw out protection for the accused, the terrorists win.

  8. No, that can never happen, if governments had those sorts of rights there would be no point having law.

  9. Definitely yes.The judiciary only seem interested in protecting these scumbags and not protecting the honest citizens who are their targets.

  10. On national security grounds, yes.

  11. They can't under current law, but I'd say yes in this case why not they often break the law, only recently their dealings with immigration were found to be illegal. the only problem with this is that the govt needs a check and balance as the two houses (commons and lords) just ain't doing it.

  12. The biggest problem with this country is that it is too d**n law abiding. Who the h**l cares if ObL's right hand man is executed the moment he steps off a plane in Jordan.

  13. Sorry, need more information.  It's difficult to understand why any court would find that a dangerous foreign national has a right to stay in the country.  Security is properly a function of the government, and presumably there are laws to guide how this is handled.

Update: Ah, it appears he's claiming asylum; should have known the politically correct, terrorist sympathizing pansies of the British court would fall for that.  He should be extradited to the US, as required by existing treaty.

  14. When the government overides the courts it is a dangerous thing.

That nasty man Saddam used to do that, looks like we are following his example. I hope the USA don't find out.

  15. yes they should.
