Sure but what you do if they ignore it. Need Constitution and gun rights too. Propaganda worked for Hitler very well too.

The UK doesn't have a written constitution. It'll need one of those before adopting something similar to the United States' Bill of Rights.

The UK has a bill of rights. Where do you think we got the idea for ours from? We copied it from them :)
