Should the US sell low-interest war bonds to Americans to support the conflict in Iraq?

The wealthy war supporters could contribute without being taxed and make a little on the side.

We wouln't have to borrow as much from Red China.

  1. they just use the Federal Reserve to issue them unlimited loans from printed money, pay for the interest with tax revenue, then the debt gets passed on to American consumers, no need for war bonds.


  2. i went to a few banks hoping to get war bonds.  no dice.

    i think it's a fabulous idea.
