Should the US stop offering aid to Africa?

To me it seems like we've been doing this for decades, and the problems of AIDS, violence, and starvation have only gotten worse.

If you think about it the more people we save the more the countries become overpopulated and the scarcity of water, food, and medical supplies only gets worse. Africa already has the fastest growing population of any continent, and if we stop the spread of AIDS it is going to explode.

From a scientific point of view, for the process of natural selection to take place the weaker part of a species or society must die out. Not only from a genetic perspective, but also so the amount of material resources is not exceeded by the population of a species. And were obviously inter-fearing with the process of nature by giving aid.

Economically, we also cause countries to become dependent on aid by bailing them out of hard situations.

Lastly, I also wonder why were giving billions away to other countries every year when we have a 7 trillion dollar debt, our currency is failing, and our economy is on the verge of recession. Can anyone explain to me why we are still doing this?

If this country were not actually "bankrupt", and having to borrow money to send to third world countries, that would be one thing.  HOWEVER, we are broke.  Just blows my mind when everyone is yelling for consumers to be responsible for their spending habits, then our Government just freely spend without a buck in the bank............contradiction of the message.  Seems our Politicians need some money management skills also, BIG TIME.

We should stop giving aid (bribery) to all countries until we have our own debts paid off. There is no authority in the Constitution that allows Congress to take our money and give it to other countries.

Israel is the only country America should be helping, I would die for Israel and the survival of the Jewish people.

Well, what I don't understand it , because we try help them but they still not improving.

I don't understand it but  I wish see them get better but it's not.

In a way we are wasting money.

The only way we keep pray for them.

So, you think white people are superior to black people? And that people in Darfur and places like such will be just fine if we don't give any help? We need to end the war in Iraq, which every month costs more than the annual cost of global aid. The only thing we should change in global aid is what aid we give. Instead of working through non-profits, if we work through profitable organizations, or simply companies, which can give jobs, and bring food, then we will give permanent support in a matter of a few years.
