  1. tbh not really. im 17 and ive been driving for 9 months, with the right frame of mind and teaching, i can honestly say that i am a better driver than most of the people i know. HOWEVER.... i would say that there should be a minimum amount of practice hours, when i first started driving as an amateur i was immature and rough, but i drive ALL the time and long distances too... and over time ive got much better... 9 months and not a single scratch on my car :)

hope this helps. good luck with ur project.

  2. 18 world wide.

  3. Personally I think if you can adequately prove that you are a competent driver, it shouldn't really matter how old you are.

Also, do your own homework. Google reports about crashes, underage driving, etc...

  4. I believe if you are living in cities the age should be 18 or higher due to public transit and in the country where kids have to commute to after school jobs they should be allowed 16 o 17.
